Please Read CAREFULLY!
This record is super rare. Hardly ever comes up for sale. Here is the story:
I believe this record was once owned by a Sasquatch or the teenage creature that Lord Luther and the Kingsmen are singing/playing about. It is in less than stellar condition (good, maybe good plus). It may have appeared in his Jukebox due to the number 28 affixed to the label. It has scuffs, scrapes, a 45 hole that is no longer circular (but still works). It has surface noise as you would expect for a 45 that has seen better days. Miraculously, this jalopy still plays! This is NOT the 200+ dollar copies that have sold. I normally would never even have an auction for this. However, someone out there wants this until a better copy comes around. For that, I will have no reserve, starting at the very low price of .99. It's a little bit R&B, Garage, Soul, and creep all rolled in one.
If you are concerned at all about the condition, please shoot me any questions. I will be happy to answer them. This is not a collector's copy. It was rescued by myself a few years ago from a box of children's records. I have had it stored ever since. I have EXCELLENT feedback both as a buyer and a seller. I will be happy to assist you in any way.
I have been honest in my assessment. Let us summarize!
The Negative - It's beat! It may have been a frisbee, a dinner plate, or largely unprotected most of it's life. Scuffs, scrapes, surface noise, crackles, uneven center hole, wear to label, etc.
The Positive - It's super creepy, rare, your friends don't have it, it plays with no skips, it did not pop on my Pro-ject Debut Carbon. In my opinion the A side sounds better than the B side.
Thanks so much for looking. I prefer United States shipping only, but email if you are overseas. I have Perfect Feedback and will leave you with excellent feedback as well. I address all my customers with kindess, courtesy, and respect. Good luck! Now, if I could just get that creepy laugh out of my head!
