Description
LOLA ALBRIGHT – Lola Wants You – On Kem Records, LP 101. I’m not sure when this was issued. Judging by the vinyl and cover I’m guessing between 1956 and 1962. This one is on Red vinyl and it’s a flat edge.
Here’s another rare find and in great condition too. Lola was an actress in the 50s who could also belt out some jazzy vocals. No credits are given to the sidemen but the Sax and Bass really stand out. The full track list is:

CONDITION:
The COVER is in excellent condition, nice and rigid with good color and nice gloss. The spine is perfect. There’s a 2 inch bottom center split and the cover has some faint white spots in the upper left. No ring-wear, stains, or writing on it. I’ll grade it a VG+ just to be conservative, even though it looks much better than that.The VINYL is thick, heavy, very glossy, and in great condition with only surface scuffs on it, but nothing you can feel. I played it through to check it out and I did hear crackle at the beginning of both sides and occasionally through it. There were even a few pops but nothing to keep me from enjoying a sultry jazz vocalist like this. I’ll grade it a VG, only to be conservative.
