You are bidding on an original VERY RARE EX+/EX+ Australian release Lobby Loyde and the Coloured Balls LP "Summer Jam," Mushroom L25073, released in 1973, also featuring  Billy Thorpe and Leo de Castro, recorded at the Sunbury 73 Festival between 3.30am and 4.45am on Monday 29 1973. Side 2 is 18.43 mins of Lobby performing the most blistering rendition of his signature song "G.O.D. (Guitar Overdrive)." Thorpie sings on "Help Me/Rock Me Baby." This is one of Australian music's rarities, particularly in such brilliant condition. The Coloured Balls doing what they did best - PLAYING LOUD 'N' LIVE. (see photos.)   If you are a fan of Aussie 70's rock at its absolute best, you have to have this LP in your collection. Look for our other rare magazines, books and vinyl in our other auctions.
