This second cut of Lloyd Parks’ classic ‘Slaving’ song is most often referred to as the ‘Steppers Cut’ was recorded around 1980 when the song was re-recorded with added embellishment and more emphasis on the bass drum. Hard to find and a favorite with DJs and the cognoscenti this is the first time its been re-released!!
