Textured fold-out cover shows a minimall overall wear and inside a stamping of a record store , beautiful EX+ condition.
Disc has some surface marks which affect moderately play with some clicks , great EX- condition.

Please notice that I do not clean records in auction myself, just in respect of whatsoever different method that any discerning music and/or audiophile keen may hold better than mine. Therefore my grading listening is made eventually with dust or any impurity actually present on vinyl. I do grade by playing records on a Rega Planar 3 turntable equipped with Goldring 10140 cartridge.
