Description

Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:
TITLE: "FEVER" ARTIST: Little Willie John LABEL: KING Records Black/Silver Label 564 MONO First Pressing
CONDITION:
JACKET - VG+(Jacket has light overall rub/edge/corner/age wear, with split across most of bottom seam and taped split across top seam; aside from this wear, front and back are otherwise UNMARKED; extremely rare in this condition - Please see actual album photos) VINYL - VG+(King vinyl has light/moderate scuffs and marks; labels have light spindle marks; vinyl is KING's legendary deep groove first pressing - Graded using special daylight balanced spotlight)
SPECIAL FEATURES: Beautiful and rare, this Little Willie John "FEVER" album personifies the best in early Rhythm and Blues. Made in '56, this pressing is unique and historical. I am so glad to be able to offer it in this condition. Please study everything in the photos attached. This remarkable offering is unlikely to come around again. Best of luck to you.
TRACKS: Please refer to the back cover and other informational sites for the complete track listing. Thanks so much.

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
