This is an original copy of the self titled 1957 Little Richard extended play 45, Specialty SEP-403. Songs are "Keep A Knockin'", "By The Light Of The Silvery Moon", "Lucille" and "Hey-Hey-Hey-Hey" The record is in VG+ and the cover VG++ condition, clean, but with a 3cm split in the top seam.
