This collection was from a house clearance firm I dealt with. I believe the owner was Mike Bradley. There are a number of envelops and 45 mailers addressed to him in the collection, he clearly worked in the music industry and I believe he dabbled in recording his own stuff as well.

Great Northern Soul track/tempo.
The start of the audio is quiet but wait for it to kick-in.
The cat meowing is my cat, it's not on the recording.
Due to the fragile nature of acetates i'm not cleaning them, they will improve with a good clean but I would prefer to leave this to the end user in case of causing any damage.

Plays without any jumps or skips, has light "static" surface noise but nothing heavy. Audio is loud and clear.
