Description
LISTEN TO THE WIND S/T LP, 1969(?) Self Released USA. Condition is vg/vg(+), sleeve is still partially in shrink but has 3" of seam split along the top. Side one vinyl has a 1" scratch that makes some pops, otherwise the vinyl is a strong vg+ with just a few light scuffs. Obscure Private Press Washington DC Female/Male vocal Folk. All original songs by Jim Shaw. He plays them along with Pat Solis, Peter Grant and John Rigby. Instrumentation is Piano, Harpsichord, Bass, Wind Instruments, and Guitar. The songs are not overtly Christian from what I could gather, but They seem to have come together at The Catholic University in DC and The Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Songs are: Listen To The Wind, Song Of Rain, Come To Me, Here There and Everywhere, Garage, Let It Sun, Irish Fields, With You, Mighty Mississippi, Where Have You Gone, Grain Fields Of Wheat, and Feelin' High. Beyond that, I know nothing about it... Shipping is $4.00 Media Mail in the USA, $8.00 First Class International to Canada and Mexico, and $13.00 International First Class for the rest of the world.
