Description

Artist: Lindisfarne Title: Fog On The Tyne Label: Charisma Cat No: CAS 1050 Year: 1971 Country: UK
I am in the process of selling my Record Collection. I always looked for the very best vinyl copies I could find. Here is a Mint vinyl copy of `Fog on the Tyne` by UK folkies `Lindisfarne` released in 1971 on the Rarer Pink Scroll Charisma label this is the first ever pressing with it`s delicate textured gatefold sleeve which is in EX condition!! Matrix: Side 1 CAS 1050 A-1U - Side 2 - CAS 1050 B-1U
Vinyl (M-) under bright halogen lights I cant even see the usual light sleeve removal scuffs this record looks unplayed, I played it through once and it played great as new, no sticks/jumps or feelable scratches, Top Top Vinyl
Labels - Lovely Clean Pink Scroll Charisma labels - No visible spindle lines at all
Sleeve (EX+) - Textured Matt finish `E.J.Day` original Gatefold, clearly readable spine, these early sleeves are very delicate and very prone to wear, this copy is in fantastic condition showing just some light edgewear and corner bumps (Please see photos for complete overview)

I am in the process of selling lots of obscure & rare Records/CD`s, I will be posting regularly why not check them out!

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover

I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I dont cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)

Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Near Mint,  EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
