Description

Lightnin' Hopkins - Please Don't Go Baby / Remember Me - Herald 497   V+   Recorded in Houston, April, 1954.  Sam Hopkins, vocals and guitar, with Donald Cooks, bass, and Ben Turner, drums.  Two slow down home blues from Lightnin', who sounds plenty worried on these sides; his guitar worries right along with him, in his usual display of well-placed blue notes.This copy is in Very Good condition with moderate audible wear, a few light audible scratches not affecting play.
