Description
UNPLAYED & Super Nice influential Blues LP >> Never touched by a turntable.
>> Ever wonder where the Rolling Stones got their great bluesy, late-60s through mid-70s, sound? Lightnin' Hopkins, Freddie King, Muddy Waters, etc... & throw in some Chuck Berry for sh*ts & giggles)!
Check out all Five photos to see this UNPLAYED, Glossy, ORIGINAL 1969 issue (I think it's from '69 even though the label indicates "1965") of LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS' The Great Electric Show and Dance" LP (Jewel Records #LPS 5002; with etching in the run-off/deadwax zones: "JEWEL 5002-1" / "JEWEL 5002-2") featuring "Mr. Charlie, Parts 1 & 2", "Play With Your Poodle", "Ride In Your New Automobile", "Lovin' Arms", "Rock Me Mama", "You're Too Fast", "I'm Comin' Home", and more... >> NEVER BEEN PLAYED. I bought this one last year & REMOVED ITS FACTORY WRAP to inspect (and to take a few photos) because I originally had plans to keep it as part of my listening library but I haven't owned a turntable in a few years & it will probably be a while before I buy a new one, IF I buy one at all. My loss is your gain. No one else has access to my collection so I am 1000% certain that it has only been handled (very briefly) by me. I've been surfing eBay for two years and have built up a collection of over 400 cherry-picked vintage LPs (99.9% factory sealed and NO Record Clubs) and I've decided to sell them (I have about 150 left).
>> Shimmering lighter-weight vinyl is in PERFECT, factory-fresh condition (just as you would expect) with NO flaws anywhere except a tiny bit of adhesive smear at the border of the label in the run-out/deadwax zone on Side Two.
>> Very Nice Low-Gloss Cover has three tiny corner bumps with NO significant wear, a couple of crease-wrinkles are trying to form on the cover, NO discoloration, NO water damage, NO cutouts, punch holes, nor writing; NO promo stamps; NO seam splits; NO spine print >> NO BARCODE, of course; NO Record Club.

IMPORTANT: Buyer pays for shipping >> Media Mail is $4.00. I can also ship outside the continental U.S. but that usually gets a little expensive so keep that in mind.
