THIS CLASSIC UK ROCKSTEADY PRESSING RARELY APPEARS FOR SALE ON EBAY. (PLEASE ALSO CHECK OUT MY OTHER REALLY RARE REGGAE / ROCKSTEADY / SKA / BLUE BEAT SINGLES).
DOCTOR BIRD LABEL SINGLES ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER.
THE SINGLE IS FAR BETTER SONIC QUALITY THAN THE Ja PRESSES.
FABULOUS REGGAE / ROCKSTEADY UK ORIGINAL from my own collection. Super SINGLE from LESLIE BUTLER & THE FUGITIVES 'WINCHESTER ROCKSTEADY' / ASTON CAMPBELL ETC 'RAMONA' was released on the UK DOCTOR BIRD label in 1967.
It has survived with minimal surface scuffing which produces occasional background noise in the intro/outro and quieter passages. I ONLY PLAYGRADE THE 'A' SIDES
BOTH LABELS ARE NEAR MINT WITH NO WRITING, TEARS OR STICKERS (SEE PICS)
The SINGLE ('A' SIDE) PLAYGRADES IN EXCELLENT (EX-) condition.
It is supplied in a NEAR MINT DOCTOR BIRD REPRO SLEEVE and a poly sleeve for extra protection.
This record rarely comes up for sale on Ebay. I grade strictly to the Rare Record Grading System and include a definition of grading below:
