LISTEN TO THIS! "The Marrying Kind" is one of the best uptempo soul tunes ever recorded. It has for a long time bene played on the northern soul scene off an uncredited acetate, but given the cover-up name Keni Lewis - Not The Marrying Kind. But it is actually Leroy Taylor, the same artist that had 45's on the Shrine and Brunswick labels. These two tracks are previously unreleased 1960's recordings that were officially released on this lovely picture sleeved 45 (with embossed gold print!) by Federal Green Records a while back, but sold out almost instantly. This is the black vinyl first press. The flipside is a fantastic stomper as well!
