Hi! You're looking at a SUPERB condition issue of a VERY RARE and hard to find FIRST PRESSING Westminster Hi-Fi "Natural Balance" issue with the serial number XWN 18229 and a classic violin recording by violinist LEONID KOGAN titled "Leonid Kogan Plays Violin Encores"--Kogan is accompanied by ANDREI MITNIK and ARNOLD KAPLAN on piano and features performances of "Sevilla" & "El Puerto" (Albeniz-Heifetz); Grand Adagio from Raymonda Ballet (Glazunov-Zimbalist); Waltz from Raymonda Ballet (Glazunov-Pogozhev); Theme and Variation, "Il Palpiti" (Paganini-Kreisler); Capriccio Basque, Opus 24 (Sarasate); Polonaise No. 2, Opus 21 (Wieniawski); and Introduction and Variations on a Theme by Paganini (Paganini).  The LP is a 1st PRESSING on the Westminster "Natural Balance" Hi-Fi label with the serial number XWN 18229, is a Mono-only recording (there is no true stereo version of this recording) and was issued in the United States in 1956.
PLEASE READ CONDITION DETAILS CAREFULLY:

This record is in SUPERB condition and the vinyl is in NEAR MINT- condition and should play beautifully, with just a few light paper scuffs that should not significantly affect play but NO other significant imperfections (please note that violin and piano recordings typically have more quiet passages than most LPs and a few scattered tics may possibly occur); the cover is also in NM- overall condition and has slight ringwear on the front surface, a small and clear piece of tape placed on the upper right edge and an approx. 3 inch split on the upper center right edge, a slight and clean 3/4 inch split on the lower opening edge, a tiny owner's name on the upper left portion of the back surrface, and a tiny note and numbers on the side two titles listed on the upper right of the back surface, slight dings on the spine tips and just very light shelfwear otherwise but no other significant flaws--it's NOT a cutout!  

Vinyl Grading Standards (unless otherwise indicated, LPs are visually graded)

Mint (or M) – Sealed and effectively perfect with no signs of wear or ever having been played.

Near Mint -- A record with only the slightest evidence of ever having been handled.

Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) A very clean record that has no marks aside from slight scuffs and abrasions caused by removal from a paper inner sleeve or perhaps a few marks on the label caused by a turntable spindle.

Very Good Plus (VG+) A record that has had a number of plays and may have some superficial scuffs, possibly mild to moderate spindle marks and / or possibly hairline scratches on the vinyl, which may produce some intermittent pops and possibly very light background noise.

Very Good (VG) A record that has generally been well cared for, but has seen a fair amount of play, with some scuffing. hairline scratches, spindle marks and / or light scratches.  Should play through well, with the possibility of more pops and more background noise.

Very Good Minus (VG-)  A record with significant scuffs, scratches, and spindle marks that should play through with moderate pops and surface noise, possibly of some duration.

Good (G) A record with will play through, but with significant pops, substantial background noise, and possibly intermittent skipping.

Poor (P) A record with MAJOR issues that will interfere with play, and will possibly be unplayable in part due to damage (I'll only offer an LP in this condition if it's an extreme rarity and / or for cover art display purposes).
