LEONID KOGAN LP “Tchaikovsky Violin Conc” SAX 2323 COL
Artist: Leonid Kogan - violin. Paris Conservatoire Orchestra. Conducted by Constantin Silvestri.

Label: COLUMBIA (UK). Labels are light blue with silver text. Stereophonic pressing on medium weight vinyl. Catalog number is SAX 2323.

Condition:
DISCS: Vinyl on Side One is gorgeous NEAR MINT, as clean as can be found. Side Two is EXCELLENT with a couple superficial slide marks at the beginning of the second movement, one of which may produce a few very soft ticks, otherwise fine. The playing surfaces have a high luster, possibly played only one time for recording purposes, and then stored safely away. Plays beautifully with superb fidelity. Labels are impeccable with no spindle trail marks. This is a beautiful copy of this scarce LP, and your satisfaction is fully guaranteed.
JACKET: Laminated jacket with flaps is EXCELLENT. Panels are clean and bright with a few traces of ring/shelf wear starting to appear. Nice seams and spine. Slight bumps on top and bottom left corners, otherwise fine. Overall a very fine jacket to accompany the superb disc.
Original vintage poly-lined E.M.I. RECORDS LTD. paper inner sleeve in top condition is also included.
