Leo Kotke's debut recording which helped him become established as a unique voice and develop an enormous following (especially among many guitarists) and a reputation that sometimes bordered on "legendary" (or "cult-like").
There are numerous copies of this LP around -- but any in this type of playing condition are extremely rare.
I don't grade LPs by visual inspection alone (often inaccurate) -- I listen to large chunks of every track to determine the axctual audio quality/playing condition.

As I'm just an individual seller, not a pro collector or dealer -- It's generally my policy to not accept returns -- I ship with insurance in case of damage by the carrier in transit and I carefully study and describe all material aspects of the vinyl and the cover.
