Description
Here is one of the rarest UK issued reggae singles. Released in 1973 on the Upsetter record label very hard to find and enormously expensive. Cat no UP-397 featuring the tracks Jungle Lion and Freak Out Skank. Now for the low down. This copy is in well played condition, the A side plays fine with no skips even though there is obvious wear and tear, unfortunately the B side was attacked by a rogue child and has several bad scratches, I played both sides and the B side does skip, whether this can be repaired I don't know. Obviously this is being sold for a collector to get their hands on an extremely rare record to add to their collection but I am making sure that you realise the poor condition of the B side, the close up photo shows the damage so please check the photos carefully to avoid unpleasant surprises. There are also the initials PF in felt pen on the A side label. That said I am also starting this very low for something that in mint condition (never seen one) would fetch well over £400. So if you are a reggae collector looking for something to complete your collection get bidding.
