Artist: Lee Morgan Title: Tom Cat Label: Blue Note Records/Liberty-UA Records Catalog #: LT-1058 US Pressing - 1980 - 1st Pressing Stereo Vinyl Condition: VG+ (see grading scale below) Cover Condition: VG+ (some bin/ring wear, all seams are intact, corners decent - a couple a touch dinged, hole punched through upper right corner)
Notes: 1980 1st Pressing of this title from jazz giant Lee Morgan.
Vinyl Grading Guide:
M/NM: I only use these grades for sealed records (M) or records that are opened but have never been played (NM).
Ex: May have some very light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. Should play with very little to no background noise.
VG+: May have some light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. May have some inaudible marks or hairline scratches. May play with minor surface noise/crackle that should only really be noticeable at the most quiet parts of the record.
VG: May have some more intense scuffing and hairline scratches. May also have some deeper scratches that can be felt and may cause popping and/or clicking, but shouldn’t skip. Plays with surface noise that is pronounced and noticeable but doesn’t ruin the listening experience. You can still listen to it and enjoy it, but it is both visually and audibly most definitely used.
Good/Fair/Poor: I won’t sell anything with these grades unless they have high collectable value.
