LEE MORGAN "SIDEWINDER" LP 1964 Blue Note NY 1st PRESS Mono VG 12" Jazz BLP-4157
Lee Morgan's "The Sidewinder" LP recorded on December 21, 1963 and released on Blue Note (catalog no. BLP 4157) in July of 1964.

1st pressings like this one have "New York, USA" on the labels and "Vangelder", Ear, "BNLP-4157-A" and "BNLP-4157-B" (P for Plastylite pressing plant) in the runouts.
Vinyl is in VG to VG+ condition with minor wear and some light scratches, none deep enough to be felt with a fingernail or that would cause any impairments. Plays beautifully without any skips or distortion. Light surface noise and a pop here and there but nothing overpowering. Still retains most of its gloss and shine.
Sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition with minor and staining wear but no splits. Has original inner sleeve in fantastic condition. A very nice copy overall.
A must-have for Lee Morgan fans and Blue Note collectors alike!
