Ordered this from Blue Note's store, took forever to get here (how does fedx take so long) and during that time of waiting, which was weeks, became apparent because of mounting med bills I really couldn't afford it. Shame, because I love this album in the original form (really, any bad Live At The Lighthouse records by anyone?) and was looking forward to it.
Also worried how it would show up because it's so heavy there have been issues with damaged boxes (esp through Amazon who has no idea how to pack box sets from experience) but this arrived ok, given the lengthy ship process and weight.
There is a light bent corner if you look on upper left, back side (there's a closeup) but I've seen worse listed here. Even from years of working retail, we'd get things like this, no one's immune. While it was packed tightly from Blue Note, I would have preferred a slightly larger box with padding around all four sides, but there you go.
So, when I ship it, I am going to double box it so it arrives in this condition to you safely and doesn't take on any more dings.
