LEE KONITZ LENNIE TRISTANO QUINTET 10" LP PRESTIGE 101
From 1951 comes this original mono deep groove pressing of the 10" LP shared by the Lee Konitz Quartet and the Lennie Tristano Quintet (still retaining Konitz on alto along with Shelly Manne on drums) (Prestige NJLP 101).
The cover is very good plus due to some ring and edge wear in addition to an 8" seam split in its upper right-hand corner, a 4 1/2" split in its lower right, some minor creasing and discoloration, and a bit of writing and a couple of ink markings on its front. The 10" LP itself has the ear etched in its dead wax and is excellent.
To protect your investment, this LP - as with all vinyl purchased at The Great Escape Online - will be placed in a new plastic outer sleeve prior to packing and shipping.
