Original UK stereo double LP with cut-out cover and insert, release date 1975 on the Swan Song label, catalogue number: SSK89400 Matrix nos: side1) SSK89400-A1 side 2) SSK89400-B4 side 3) SSK89400-C1 side 4) SSK89400-D1 Condition of cover/record: NEAR MINT / MINT (Grading as used by Record Collector) The cover was made and printed by Gothic Print Finishers Ltd, London SE92EQ. The cover has no creases, tears, rings, writing or stickers, no splaying of the open edge and just a one-inch wear mark on each side edge (the spine edge and the one opposite). The bottom edge has a thin wear line in dots and dashes (not a solid line) that extends over approx 1/3rd of its length. The condition of the spine – see above – the print on it is unaffected. The inner sleeves are the original card ones, and there is a wrap-around insert that lists tracks and personnel on the albums. The two labels are perfect with no spindle marks – I looked closely under bright light and could see none. The record plays VIRTUALLY FAULTLESSLY – there are just a few very faint crackles on ‘in my time of dying’ but apart from that the two records play PERFECTLY – NO OTHER CRACKLES AND NO CLICKS OR POPS AT ALL. HENCE THE DESERVED MINT RATING. This record was cleaned and played before the auction to ensure accuracy of description. This item has no reserve on it, & is from my personal collection. Track list: custard pie, the rover, in my time of dying/ houses of the holy, trampled underfoot, Kashmir/ in the light, bron-yr-aur, down by the seaside, ten years gone/ night flight, the wanton song, boogie with stu, black country woman, sick again.
