Led Zeppelin Live at the L.A. Forum on June 23, 1977 For Badgeholders Only
This is by far the best quality "boot" that I have heard. I bought this brand new at a Record Swap Meet back in the day.
I played it recently on an Ion Turntable. I adjusted the needle to apply a bit more weight and the thing sound brilliant. I would say the overall quality of the Lps are Good to Very Good. Remember, they are Lps and they are old so don't expect CD quality. I have decided to part with all my old Lps. Sad, but I need the space and the cash.
The banter of Robert Plant on the third night performance at the Los Angeles Forum is legendary. The inside joke with the band is about Badge Holders. At one point Plant says "John Bonham knows about Badge Holders, he has one in the audience with long blonde hair." When Keith Moon jumps in on drums the electricity in the performance is incredible. They definitely don't make bands like this any more.
