This is the rare 3rd album by led zeppelin (see my other listings for the other 3) on the original red/maroon atlantic label,this is a rare copy because it has the Executive producer "peter grant" label credit and catalogue number 2401002,which was later changed to 2401-002
Cover
The original E j day gatefold wheel cover is in Excellent condition with no tears,stickers or writing..lovely cover but wheel is a bit stiff!!
Labels
The original red/maroon labels are very clean with no major damage and grade Excellent+
Record
The record which comes in its original poly lined inner sleeve lies flat on the turntable with no warp is in stunning condition with no groove wear..deep shine and with no bad fingernail scratches!!..or any sort of scratches,in normal light it looks near mint but under strong light you can see some whispy hairline marks which could have been caused by removing the record from the sleeve,grades a lovely Excellent
It plays amazing with crystal clear quality and no sound distortion!!,there are no loud crackles..no pops and of course it does not stick or jump...just a few light clicks and low bits of static in places which is normal for these original 70`s records,but nothing that overshadows the music
