Sleeve Condition – GOOD-/FAIR - The sleeve has some signs of shelf wear/handling and some light creases and wear from handling. There's some wear on the edges and spine. The artwork is generally still nice and bright and might be further improved with a quick clean. There is also a large tear in the back cover from the opening. It's not a pristine copy but far from a throw away sleeve, you can just tell it has been well used.
Record Condition – GOOD+ – I can see some light hair lines/sleeve marks on there and a little light scuff or two, but they don't appear to be anything serious or anything that should badly affect play. Just the fact they're there means I want to grade fairly. This copy should play and sound really good. I recommend giving this a quick clean, just to maybe further improve the audio and take away any dust etc on there.
