We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

THE VINYL   EX+ STRONG   PLAYS INCREDIBLE

As you can see, this vinyl is the 1sdt A2 B2 1973 'STERLING' pressing  - Stored from new this LP has seen possibly a handful of VERY CAREFUL plays only, and remains in pristine condition everywhere. THE VINYL REALLY IS QUIRE SUPERB.

STAMPED MATRIX NUMBERS..NOT ETCHED LIKE LATER PRESSES.

This pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is virtually no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age. The edges are silky smooth, typical of these vintage pressings. We are seing fewer and fewer copies of this LP, so rarely do we see a copy at all, let alone like this.

There are a couple of light spider lines around the centre hole, and no wear to the spindle hole whatsoever.

There are some whisp lines, a couple of the lightest of hairlines and thats it-  nothing else!  AS CLEAN A VINYL AS WE HAVE SEEN FOR AN A2 B2 PRESS.

Clearly this LP has been archived for many many years, a few little dust specs are on the vinyl when we slid it for checking..IT REMAINS IN ASTONISHING CONDITION.

On playing through we heard nothing bar the tiniest of lead in static in the dead grooves....some very very feint light static in a few spots during play..but overall this is easily as clean a copy as we can hope to hear.

The quiet passages sound really superb..barely a hint of any static at all -SUPER CLEAN!!!..

We do feel a professional hoover cleaner could remedy this back to a higher grade.

A very rare record to see at all these days..

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

A STUNNING SLEEVE...

 This is in simply incredible condition, quite amazing how it has survived so clean. MOST SLEEVES OF THIS LP AS WE ALL KNOW, SUFFER TERRIBLY WITHOUT VERY CAREFUL HANDLING..

THIS ONE IS A SUPERB 'AS GOOD AS IT GETS'  EXAMPLE

The edges are all super clean with no visible rub on the edges !!

 All colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No  ringwear - no press,  & no white rubbing anywhere - 

Just some very light tip rub on the corners

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition -just a hint of feathering

The spine is super , has the white 'tram line' as all 1st sleeves did..and there is just some light edge rub.

AND the open out of the gatefold is  pristine

WE CANNOT SAY MORE THAN THIS REALLY IS QUITE SPECTACULAR.

Original 1st print TEXTURED WHITE  LYRIC INNER-   (Later ones were not textured)

Just some very feint discolour on one edge - ITS STUNNING, AND NO SPLITS!!!  

 LP kept in further poly sleeve inside.
