More details about the condition:

The A-side has 2 big superficial scratches that doesn’t really affect the sound, but there is always a surface noise as you can listen on the audio clip

The B-side seems in better condition but has surface noise too, the 30 first seconds are more noisy, lot of cracks. The second track too, beginning with cracks.

This is a demonstration record that played several times I think, so don’t expect to have a very cleaned sound !
