THE OUTER SLEEVE - EX / EX+

The outer sleeve is a solid EX, there is minimal shelf wear and very very little ring wear which is rare to find especially on the Led Zeppelin II due to sleeve not being laminated. Slight marks on rear but nothing major. No ink and the spline is in great condition as you can see from the pictures the text is still very clear across the spine. There is minimal shelf wear. This has been taken care of extremely well, a true gem of a record that would proudly sit in anyones collection. I'd even go as far as saying that no collection is complete without a really nice copy of Led Zeppelin II which is by far one of the most iconic albums ever.

THE VINYL - EX / EX+

Wow, where to start... The vinyl shows very minimal signs of use. The labels are clean and free of ink. There is very little spindle wear on both sides. The vinyl retains its glossy shine. The sound quality is supreme as you would expect from a plum label in this condition! There are very light hairline marks which has no impact on the overall sound output. I have had the pleasure of test playing this record right through and it is simply stunning.. no jumps, skips, the odd surface noise in between tracks but very minimal as you would expect - sounds exactly how a plum press should sound. A true gem of a record! Housed in the original polylined paper inner sleeve which again are EX plus.

As with all my items i over a 100% refund if you are not entirely satisfied just send it back in exactly the same condition as you received it and i will process the refund for you.

Check out my feedback, i sell quite a few vinyls on ebay.

RARITY

A PLUM PRESS in this type of condition is scarce. The vinyl is so often played so much, heavily marked, scratched, with noisy, poor and distorted sound. Any EARLY UK PRESS examples with a record in this type of condition, that plays practically great, is very rare.

The cover is almost impossible to find without serious wear, even modestly worn examples are scarce and this one is one of the better examples. Finding a great cover like this, with an original piece of vinyl, fantastic!.

PLUM pressings are infinitely more rare than the later orange and green labels, but finding copies that sound great is a real challenge. Usually they sound very poor, the mastering is patchy, and of course, they were so often heavily played on old fashioned, destructive equipment, or worse, past around at parties.
