Item Condition/Sound Quality:
Vinyl is EXCELLENT At first glance, the vinyl looks superb still retaining that jet black, glossy and lustrous appearance. When angled to the light you can see light surface marks, but there is nothing deep or ugly and nothing which affects stunning audio quality of this album. I have played this album through in its entirity and the sound is absolutely superb as you would expect from this early, heavy vinyl. High groove walls ensure a terrific listening experience. No jumps, or skips or clicks. There is very light crackle in the quieter moments. (I have graded conservatively, using the Rare Record Collectors Price Guide).
Sleeve: VG. Due to the matt nature of this cover and the age of the item, it is rare to find covers in anything better than better than VG plus condition. This EJ Day Gatefold sleeve is in VG condition. Medium top and heavy bottom seam wear. Spine has rubbing, but is square and spine lettering is legible. There is some scuff rounding at the corners, but no rips, tears or graffiti. There is ringwear to the back cover and slight discolouration to the front caused by storage. The inside of the gatefold sleeve is excellent to near mint condition. Please see photos. (I have graded using the Record Collectors Price Guide).
Inner Sleeve: Original polylined inner sleeve in excellent condition.
Labels: The iconic plum and red labels look superb (see photo) They are clean with no marks or graffiti with light spindle traces
