Description

Mint unsealed copy of LCD Soundsystem's first, eponymously named album on 12" vinyl.

Whereas the official release came out in a single vinyl version this promo release is across two 12" slabs of vinyl. This was the version that was issued ahead of release to radio and night club DJ's. This item was shrink wrapped before it was issued and it has never been unsealed thus you can be confident when I say it is in mint unplayed condition.

Released on the DFA label and containing the classic track Daft Punk Is Playing At My House this album is one off the true Punk Funk pioneering albums.

This is one of those releases that made new waves in music on release and I have not been able to source or locate any others on the net that remain unsealed. That's not to say they aren't out there but I haven't found one. As I am slimming down my record collection for the sake of making room I have taken the difficult decision to let someone enjoy this as it was intended rather than hoarding it in my loft.

Released February 2005 this is now 11 years old.
