Label:   JAZZ WEST.  Monaural deep-groove first pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Label is red, with black text.  Catalog number is JWLP: 8.   

Year:  1956.

Personnel:   Lawrence Marable – drums;  James Clay – tenor sax;  Sonny Clark – piano;  Jimmy Bond – bass. 

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is nice VG++ with 100% of original gloss, appears to have been played a small number of times and handled with care.  There are a few light scuffs, but no serious marks or problems.  Nothing more than an occasional isolated soft tic.  Fidelity is excellent.  Labels are clean. 

I provided sound clips from Side 1-Track 1 and Side 2-Track 1, so you could hear the sound quality which only gets better as you get further into the record.  I think the winning bidder will be quite pleased.

JACKET:   Jacket is EXCELLENT with clean front and back panels.  Seams and spine are excellent.  The two bottom corners show minor wear, and the bottom left corner is bumped.  Reverse has darkened ever so slightly with age.  No writing or stickers.  Overall a very nice jacket you will be proud to display!
