Condition : record company standard cover - single never released with picture sleeve - is in great shape, MINT- / vinyl shows some slight cloudy stains on the surface of side one and some minor scuffs on both sides not affecting listening except for very few minimal clicks, EX 

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie vengono controllati sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i i 33 giri in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1. Per EP e singoli a 45 giri utilizzo un Thorens TD 166 BC con testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All LPs in auction have been fully heard on a turntable Rega Planar 3 with a moving magnet cartridge Grado Statement 1. I listen EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a turntable Thorens TD 166 BC with a MM cartridge Goldring 1006. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : musiche composte e dirette da Coriolano Gori. Elsa canta in Italiano i due brani. "Shari El Nil" ha nella parte iniziale alcune vene sonore orientali sottolineate da flauto e percussioni poi l'orchestra e in particolare la tromba accompagnano la brava cantante con un tempo moderato adatto a musica per locali notturni. In "Protesto" troviamo musica per agenti segreti, sonorità beat e soul. Ritmica vivace con la voce grintosa di Elsa ben assistita dalla sezione fiati e dalla batteria.

Notes : music and orchestra Coriolano Gori. Elsa performs both songs in Italian. "Shari El Nil" has in the first part some veins of oriental sound highlighted by flute and percussion, then orchestra and in particular the trumpet accompany the talented singer with a moderate tempo suitable for nightclub music. In "Protesto" we find music for secret agents, Beat and soul sonorities. Rhythm is lively and the smoky voice of Elsa well supported by the brass section and drums.
