Comes in a plain cardboard sleeve with track listing glued to it (see picture)

This is an official release. It is on the "Gilley's" label. It came with a batch of others from Mickey when the late Tony Wilkinson visited the nightclub back in the 80's. All the issues came without an outer cover. When sent to the radio stations there would have been a "crib" sheet for the D.J. As this was handed direct to Tony no "crib" sheet was enclosed.
