RECORD CONDITION: MINT - It looks unplayed and probably is.

LABELS CONDITION:  As new with no spindle marks. Please note there is a promo sticker on side one - see photo 1.

SLEEVE CONDITION:  This is a textured unlaminated sleeve and the type that is easily damaged. Fortunately this one has been stored safely and apart from very minor storage wear to the bottom edge and corners it is in top condition.
