LABI SIFFRE – REMEMBER MY SONG 1st UK pressing STEREO vinyl LP. Textured sleeve. EMI. EMC 3065. 1975.

 

Difficult to believe this record is 45 years old this year, and it's extremely rare to find a 1st pressing in such great condition. It looks and sounds beautiful.

 

VINYL: VG+ / EX-

In pristine, shiny condition with no visible marks. 

Test play revealed full, deep sound with absolutely no distortion. 

No sticks, but sadly there is one skip on Side 1 track 2 – and some very, very light surface noise towards the end of Side 1, track 1. Thus the lower grading – otherwise it would have been an EX-

LABELS: M-

Perfectly clean. No marks or writing, not even any spindle marks.

 

SLEEVE: EX / EX-

Original and rare 1st pressing textured Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve.

No writing, marks or blotches – just a little shelf wear, and a 4cm section along the bottom of the sleeve that needs to be repaired (see photo).

 

INNER SLEEVE: EX

Original simple but structurally sound paper EMI inner sleeve.


FABULOUS ITEM! I HAVEN'T SEEN A 1ST PRESSING OF THIS ALBUM FOR A LONG TIME, BUT IT HAS BEEN MANY, MANY YEARS SINCE I SAW ONE IN THIS CONDITION.
