Description
Excellent quality 16mm COLOR print of the rare 3-Strip Technicolor 2-reel short LA FIESTA DE SANTA BARBARA (1935). Features many stars in cameo appearances including Warner Baxter, Buster Keaton, Ida Lupino, Judy Garland, Steffi Duna, Mary Carlisle, Adrienne Ames, Toby Wing, Gilbert Roland, Robert Taylor, Harpo Marx, Gary Cooper, Ted Healy and many others. Runs approximately 19 minutes, mounted on one 800 foot reel. Image quality of this Ektachrome reversal is excellent - print is sharp, color and contrast are good. Color palate leans slightly towards cyan / magenta but overall looks excellent. Sound is strong and clear.
Accompanying scans are made directly from the print on my flatbed scanner and accurately represent the color in this 16mm.
In great shape - has several splices but is otherwise clean, no lines, missing footage or other print damage. No vinegar smell.
