Description

Album cover is worn from sitting on my shelf for lo these many years, but the LP inside is playable with no problem. Not perfect, but sound quality is excellent for an old European LP. One minor scratch on one side, but my turntable ignores it. Liner notes are exhaustive, but in Italian. For a Brecht-Weill fan familiar with their songs in German or English, these arrangements and interpretations are unusual-softened by the lingua franca thus not quite as strident as Brecht-Weill songs usually are. Again, the LP is not pristine, but the musical experience is worth it.
