For sale is a one of a kind piece of music history. This 12” vinyl record by The Vaselines titled All The Stuff and More released in 1992 was personally owned by Kurt Cobain and gifted to William S. Burroughs in the fall of 1993. During this visit to Burroughs home in Lawrence, KS the two exchanged gifts this record being one of them. Kurt thought William would enjoy the record as he had. In early 1994 well known photographer David Quick visited Burroughs for a photo shoot as part of an exhibition he was doing. Burroughs then gifted the record to the photographer thinking he would like the music. Before he passed away David Quick struck up a friendship with the gentleman I purchased the record from. Included is a copy of the email David Quick sent to the friend he gifted it to. The pictures of Kurt and William Burroughs in the listing are from that day of the exchange.
