Ludwig van Beethoven: The Nine Symphonies
Franz Konwitschny conducts the Gewandhaus-Orchestra, Leipzig. German Eterna stereo-pressings with black & silver labels.
This is the first boxset which includes 8 separate LPs in the original sleeves from the first single-LP edition. All sleeves have 01/68 imprinted on back, box contains additional booklet.

Condition Box: EX to NM. Minimal general wear.

Condition Sleeves: Strong EX to NM. Almost perfect with the exception of the fold-out of the 9th which has a split on the front bottom.

Condition Vinyls: NM. This is actually a mint copy, no spindle-wear to any record. Impossible to ever find a better preserved copy of this box-set anywhere

Condition Booklet: VG+ to EX. A little discoloraton.

About my record-grading:
All records are described as accurately as possible and I will always prefer a more detailed depiction of the actual status, but usually I’ll only visually grade the records.
Please note that old records that were stored in shelves for a long time might have static noises even if they still look like new. Professional cleaning will almost always solve that problem.
Dust on records will generally not influence my gradings but if records appear to have stronger signs of soiling, I will give them a professional cleaning and playgrade them to get a more objective view on what their condition is actually like.
