Kommissar Hjuler: FLUXUS -- Throbbing Gristle TG COUM Transmissions Joseph Beuys

Here I offer

one copy of LP (Psych.KG 123/FLUX) with white vinyl (!) as unique copy (!) with cover art by Kommissar Hjuler, The Cover contains one tape by Throbbing Gristle / TG and one tape by COUM Transmissions , and bothh tapes contain live recordings done with ALBRECHT/d. who worked with COUM and TG for about two years and lived with them, he also worked with Joseph Beuys and did recordings with him.

ALBRECHT/d. died last year. I knew him for several years, soon before he died we worked together, for BBROTKATZE Collaborations propject, also beside the project, he also styled a special cover art edition for latest mama baer doLP. Few days before he died we phoned, he stated in the call "What will be left of someone?" (very melancholic statement), and I did not think about him probably feeling that the death is near.

When I got to know about his death, months later (!) because no one found the corpse in his flat, I had the idea of presenting our collaborative track "... fast ein Telefonat" on Vinyl. Just to have another thing that IS LEFT OF HIM. Talking to Matthias Horn and artists from Chicago fluxus scene I then had the idea for this series of FLUXUS LPs.

I also had the idea of issuing both tapes, but Cosey and Ryan Martin and also Genesis and Paul Smith did not allow me to at the moment.

Before ALBRECHT/d. died he has sent to me a bounce of personal belongings. Also a llot oof photos with him and Genesis. Genesis got all those photos and letters, think it is right that he gets all things. Genesis first wanted to speak a short announcement for the track to present it on LP, than cancelt.

Now the track is part of the first LP in FLUXUS series.

This special then contains both tapes (COUM and TG, both wiith ALBRECHT/d., both live recordings), it also contains a print from a collage ALBRECHT/d. made from a photo of mine, the original collage is obvciously lost, he only sent me this photo print. I used it for cover art.

This is a very personal special in the series of FLUXUS special editions.
