Description
This is the vinyl LP of Dvorak's New World Symphony (Symphony No.9 (5) in E minor, Op. 95) performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra in London and conducted by Otto Klemperer. It is an AUSTRALIAN pressing, manufactured by EMI and released in 1964 on the Columbia label.
Side 1 :
First Movement: Adagio - Allegro Molto, Second Movement: Largo,
Side 2 :
Third Movement: Scherzo (Molto Vivace), Fourth Movement: Allegro Con Fuoco
Vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition. A couple of very fine marks are visible under strong light and they do not affect sound quality.
Cover is also in EXCELLENT condition.
This is a very difficult to obtain recording in beautiful condition for its age !!
Mint Records which are new & never played.
Near Mint No damage, extremely minor wear and no noise. Probably only played a few times. For old records you won't find them in better condition. Covers with little to no wear or creasing.
Excellent For the collector, this is a still a decent record. No damage. Hairline needle wear may be found which does not affect sound quality. Covers may have minor wear and creasing.
Very Good Can have significant signs of use but no damage. May have scuffs and minor scratches which affects sound quality. Covers may have noticeable wear and creases but intact.
Good Scratches and scuffs are evident, which significantly affects sound quality. Covers may be split, torn or significantly worn.
Fair Only slightly better than listening through a mobile phone. Cover recognisable, but tattered.
Poor Good for frisbees and starting fires.
