I have only played this record once when I first bought it. Vinyl is super clean. Jacket is still in clean and relatively crisp condition. There are a series of small creases on the front cover that can be seen when the light hits them right (please see photos as I have tried to zoom in on them to give you a better idea). There are a couple of similar creases on the back of the jacket.
