This BRAND NEW and SEALED, MINT vinyl copy of DOUBLE PLATINUM by KISS was one of six Kiss albums that were exclusive to the KISSTERIA Road Case that was released in 2014, with only 1,000 copies of each album produced.
This 2LP gatefold album was pressed onto audiophile 180 gram vinyl and was newly remastered from the ultra-high definition Direct Stream Digital transfers from original analog tapes to bring out its maximum fidelity. Every comment I've read online about these vinyl reissues has been very positive and complimentary. The overriding sentiment is that the 2014 releases sound fantastic, look incredible (vinyl, sleeves, jackets, inserts), and are greatly preferred over any prior vinyl releases.
This copy looks GORGEOUS. It was painstakingly made to exacting standards and has embossed front and back jacket covers (the two KISS logos on each side are embossed), plus an embossed platinum award insert.
The shrink wrap does not have any rips or other issues, and the corners of the album cover aren't bent or otherwise damaged. Please note that because this album is sealed and has never been opened, it is being sold AS IS. I will not accept any returns if the LPs are warped or skip during play. (As shown in the photos, this album lies completely flat and shows no indications that the records are warped or otherwise not flat.)
