CONDITION
Disc
Labels: VERY GOOD
Both labels are clean & bright with numerous spindle trails and slight wear to each centre hole.
Visual: GOOD +
Each surface is clean & glossy but bears numerous scuffs & light scratches together with one or two small ones which are just feelable beneath my fingertips. However, both sides of this quality, heavy pressing lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: VERY GOOD
Happily, the deep grooves and quality of the pressing mean that this disc plays much better than it looks and my careful play check at volume found no groove/play wear distortion to any track. There are some moderate clicks at the end of 'Do You Remember Walter' but apart form that and some light background between tracks and on a few of the quieter passages, there is little else to fault. There are certainly no jumps, repeats or other such major faults anywhere.
Cover
VERY GOOD
A respectable example of this extremely fragile cover. The delicate front leaf is flat & clean with some light edgewear from storage & a few handling wrinkles but no major faults. The rear panel is also clean & undamaged and has no tears to either of the delicate hinged corners. The inside is clean & vibrant with just a tiny 5mm stress to the lower hinge edge. There is some rubbing to the outer seam but the upper and lower ones are smooth & undamaged. The spine is clean, fully worded & worded with no splits or tears along its length.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & white with just light storagewear wrinkling and the unavoidable light disc impression but no splits, tears or writing.
