Description
This is an original 1968 mono (NPL 18233) UK Pye 15 track copy of the magnificent 'The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society' LP, a record that has sold far more copies in the 00's than it ever did in the 1960's.
The sleeve is in good condition, although a bit battered, it shows signs of one corner being folded over at one point and is a little ragged round the edges. It is however a first generation (gatefold) sleeve with the record coming out from the middle of the sleeve, and the colours of the photographs and the sharpness of the lettering are far superior to any later (or non UK) pressings.
The vinyl is in really excellent condition, and looks and sounds as sharp as a pin. No marks or scratches.
