Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a album by Kinks titled The Kinks. This is a UK 1st Original Pressing on PYE NPL 18096. This is the mono version and it’s on the very collectable PYE label. This is a first pressing with the ‘recording first published 1965’ statement on record label. This is a awesome record, with the fantastic song “nothin’ in the world can stop me worryin’ ‘bout that girl” which is one of my favourite Kinks tunes. This song was also used the great film “Rushmore” by Wes Anderson.
Both sides of the album are in EX+ condition. There is very minor/light background Noise/Static, but this is only really noticeable between the tracks and on the run-ins. NO skips, NO Jumps, NO Clicks, couple of very quiet pops. NO scratches, couple of tiny hairline scratches that don’t effect play. Also has the EARLY matrix numbers.
Matrix number are: NN 1112 A-1 / NN 1112 B-1
The laminated flipback sleeve is in NM condition. NO marks, NO stains, NO pen names, NO spine wear, NO ring wear. NO tears or rips. NO creasing, NO edge wear. If I’m being really picky there is the smallest amount of wear to the corner of sleeve
Original Inner and Labels EX condition. smallest amount spindle marks, NO writing.
