m/m, looks right out of the fatory, no delete mark, clean tight shrink and straight cover, record is new. You will not find a better one, even sealed is risky compare to this.

MINT is unplayed or sealed.
MINT MINUS is perfect but most likely played.
NEAR MINT is in terrific shape with an inconsequential mark or two not affecting play.
