A few words about the business contract we enter in when you win a record. I have been buying, trading, and selling records for 33 years. I know how to grade and how to package well. I also know that grading a record is subjective- two reasonable people can judge it differently. Near mint does not mean mint. Few used records are mint and I grade a record near mint if it has one or two tiny blemishes that differentiates it from a perfect record. VG++ and Ex are interchangeable and are in great condition with just a few minor blemishes. With that in mind, every record I sell is guaranteed or you can get a full refund plus the original postage upon safely returning it to me. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return postage. There is no need to send me a nasty gram or contact paypal with your complaint. Have the decency to contact me first. I will always resolve it the same way- I will take the record back no questions asked and refund your money. I have raised three children and I don't need to deal with any more petulant 12-year old behavior problems so please don't bid on my records if you can't behave in an adult and respectful manner. I am selling off my collection of 40 years and I hope you find a record or two that you have been after. Thanks to my many repeat customers and also to bidders new to my auctions.
