Description
The most regrettable record sale of my life, but times are tough and I know there is another Gizz fan out there who will really appreciate this, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard's debut LP 12 BAR BRUISE.
One of the many Holy Grails for record and King Gizzard collectors, released in 2012 in numbered editions of 500. This copy is #459.
The speckled record itself is in beautiful NM condition, having only been played twice and the sleeve is in excellent condition too, aside from a tiny crease on the bottom left which was how the record was purchased. Apparently many of the sleeves originally arrived at Flightless HQ like this and are present on most copies.
As a bonus for the die-hard who will purchase this special record/artifact, I've also decided to include a collection of clippings I took from around the time of the LP's release and the year that followed collated from local Melbourne street press magazines. Includes interviews, album reviews and live show reviews.
Also includes insert with a NEIN salute drawn by Stu, as well as a photograph of Joe in an ASC with a hilarious message written on the back/signed by him.
Again, this has been a long process in deciding to part with this record. I hope it goes to a nice home.
